Mountain biking in Chamonix with Andy from two wheels cycles

On sunday 6th september myself, Ian and Marcellus went to Chamonix to ride with Andy and a group of freinds. We went up the brevant lift and then came down some very steep, rocky, narrow single track. Just to make it interesting in a lot of places there was a drop on one side as in next stop Chamonix. Very technical riding with a dose of danger thrown in for good measure. Andy is one of these fellows who can hold the bike stationary on a rocky slope and then hop it about to get the right line whereas I close my eyes and hope. Andy is one of the most knowledgeable guys for mountain bikes you could ever meet, if youre in the market for a new bike consider a visit to two wheels cycles at stourbridge, www.twowheelscycles.com If difficult, technical riding is your bag then Chamonix would be hard to beat. The one downside is that its expensive, 48.50euros for a day pass, we pay 58euros for a season pass in the grand massiff (july and august).
