Terms and conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday price is required. Receipt of deposit will reserve the booking. Confirmation of booking is effectual on receipt of total payment.
Full payment must be received by 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. If the full payment is not received by the due date we have the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit and levy cancellation charges.
Cancellation charges are as follows
More than 6 weeks from arrival date - Deposit
Within 6 weeks of arrival date - 60% of total cost
Within 4 weeks of arrival date - 40% of total cost
Within 2 weeks of arrival date - 100% of total cost
If your booking is made less than 30 days before arrival full payment is required immediately unless other arrangements are made with ourselves.
We do not accept children under the age of 18 years unless accompanied by an adult.
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation for conditions or events that are beyond our control (e.g. War, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, technical problems with transport).
Travel and insurance are the total responsibility of guests.
On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10am. Although guests will not have use of the chalet your luggage can be stored if you wish to ski on that day (it would be greatly appreciated if on arrival day flights can be arranged for the afternoon and on departure day flights arranged for the morning).
If any of the booking party have any dietary needs or have any allergies to food products please notify us at the time of booking to ensure we are able to comply with them.
Prices are inclusive of VAT but excludes the local ‘taxe de sejour’, which is approximately 0.75 euros per person per day and is payable to the village.
Not included are insurance, travel costs, ski passes and lessons or other booked activities.
